Abstract
Indonesia abursers drugs is increasing every year and the data from the last in 2015 reached 162. 044 people in the city of Makassar. Along with it, the government ruled that drug addicts and victims of drug abusers shall undergo medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation, in accordance with article 54 of Law No.35 / 2009. And to be able to recover from the effects of the drug rehabilitation party must provide a quality service and a corresponding minimum service standards will affect the level of satisfaction of its inhabitants. Satisfaction is seen from the attitude and behavior of people against what is felt or experienced after using or treated in accordance with the Hopes. This study aims to determine the relationship with the service quality of medical rehabilitation centers occupant satisfaction Rehabilitation of the National Narcotics Agency Baddoka Makassar in 2016. This type of research is an analytic observational study with cross sectional approach. The research sample that is resident social rehabilitation in the Rehabilitation Center of the National Narcotics Agency Baddoka Makassar that as many as 61 respondents. With a sampling technique that is consecutive sampling. Data collection research using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is Chi Square test with test Continuity Correction alternative in getting the results, namely p = 0.000, which means there is a relationship between the quality of medical services with occupant satisfaction Rehabilitation centers National Narcotics Agency Baddoka Makassar.
